CRM QA Specialist at Sprii. I run the data, automation and AI layer behind Sprii's outbound sales, so our BDRs and sellers spend their time on companies that can actually buy, with clean CRM data and processes that scale.
Sprii is a Danish live shopping platform. Retailers go live on Facebook, Instagram and their own website, viewers comment to buy, and the order lands straight in checkout. My job is the engine behind selling it: I own the data and systems layer of Sprii's outbound sales, so our BDRs and sellers spend their time on the right companies, with clean data and processes that don't break.

I find and qualify target companies across Denmark, the Nordics, Benelux and UK/Ireland with Sales Navigator, Apify and HubSpot. I check industry fit and enrich each account's social presence, which is key for a live- and comment-selling product, then hand BDRs ready-to-work lists. One recent campaign: ~200 leads qualified.
I build HubSpot segments by industry and country so every BDR has a qualified backlog and never runs out of companies to work.
I design Make.com scenarios that automate lead research, enrichment and CRM workflows, taking the manual work out of prospecting.
I'm connecting Claude to Make.com and have built an AI skill for deeper, more consistent lead qualification. Qualification quality becomes a system instead of a judgment call.
I'm responsible for data quality, structure and reporting for the whole sales team.
I track the BDR funnel from meetings booked and held to deals created and won, so we can see where pipeline is created and where it leaks.
I independently onboarded two new BDRs while our CSO was away and got them productive without taking up management time.
The difference it makes
In Sprii's first year with BDRs, the bottleneck is meetings that turn into customers. Better targeting upstream means more won deals per BDR hour.
The data, automation and AI tooling I build lifts the output of the whole BDR and sales team, without adding headcount.
I spot what the team needs and set my own priorities, so my work frees up leadership time instead of using it.
I've been a BDR myself and studied business and economics, so I build for how sales actually works, not just for the tools.
PriceShape gives retailers and brands the market data to price smarter: competitor price monitoring, market indexes and dynamic pricing in one dashboard. I joined as an international BDR selling it, and was promoted into quality assurance, deciding which leads were good enough for the sales team.
| Product | Your price | Competitor A | Competitor B | Competitor C | Position |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wireless headphones | 1.299 kr | 1.349 kr | 1.399 kr | 1.329 kr | Cheapest |
| Laptop 14" | 7.999 kr | 7.649 kr | 7.799 kr | 7.899 kr | +4.6% |
| Smartphone | 5.499 kr | 5.399 kr | 5.599 kr | 5.549 kr | Middle |

I quality-assured prospecting so only proven leads reached sales.
I learned cold outreach across international markets with a great mentor and team. Many cold calls later I had booked in new customers, and earned the move into QA. This is where lead quality became my discipline.
Regulars replaces paper punch cards and loyalty apps with memberships that live in Apple and Google Wallet, so cafés and restaurants can turn guests into regulars. This is where my sales career started, and I learned it by doing.
My head start in sales: picking up the phone, hearing no, and learning what makes someone say yes.

MÆT makes fresh dog food from Nordic ingredients, gently cooked and delivered on subscription. I worked on both sides of subscription growth: how the emails keep customers coming back, and what each bundle really earns.

Bundle economics I built
We built new products and services for the B2B market in the co-working niche. As a co-founder I learned what every business decision costs, because it was our own: research it, test it, pitch it, sell it.
Studenterhuset is Aalborg's student house and music venue: concerts, parties and the weekly international night. For five years I helped run the events and the bar, and it's where I learned to lead a team and own a room.

Vestas designs, builds and services wind turbines all over the world, and every one of them depends on precisely calibrated test equipment. I kept track of it: hundreds of measurement and test instruments, where they were, and when they were due for calibration. It was my first lesson in why clean data matters.
| Item | Location | Calibration | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Torque wrench | Test site | On schedule | Calibrated |
| Multimeter | Lab | Due soon | Booked |
| Vibration sensor | In field | On schedule | In use |
| Data logger | Storage | On schedule | Available |

I learned how to research a foreign market and build an entry strategy that balances risk, resource intensity and long-term goals.
My thesis: internationalisation of SaaS companies entering multiple foreign markets at the same time.
The foundations of economics and business, taught through Aalborg's problem-based learning model. Every semester my group delivered a project, which taught me how to work effectively in a team.
Nine years, eight chapters. Each one added something I still use every day at Sprii.
Things I do every day and have done for years.
Skills I've built and keep sharpening.
